The free parking was on-site, impeccable service. The rooms were fantastic and big, had a hair dryer, a bidet and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. Location: the hotel was near to Atlas mountains, marrakesch and accommodating nature of the staffAmazing location for a retreat.

i asked for superior king room with a beautiful view as well as a working fireplace and they kindly provided it. the staff were attentive and i truly enjoyed the convenient decorations in the room. the property's location was peaceful and amazing, in beautiful gardens.

We welcomed the New Year in this hotel and had a wonderful stay. The staff was really warm and lovely, they made us feel at home. The pool was one of the best features and we enjoyed sunbathing on the comfortable loungers. The meals were outstanding, the variety of dishes on the menu was impressive, and the quality was superb. the hotel was located near a tourist attraction and the public transportation was within reach, so we could easily explore the city.

There were a few flaws we experienced during our stay. The language barrier was challenging, as some of the staff didn't speak English fluently.

Extremely spacious unit with a large bed...

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful oasis nestled in stunning gardens. The serene environment was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and we loved the pretty colored lanterns and gorgeous pool area. the hotel's location was close enough to everything to be accessible but far enough away to provide tranquil escape from the bustling city.

The dinner menu was slightly limited, but we were still able to enjoy tasty meals during our stay.

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at this luxurious hotel. The surrounding gardens were absolutely beautiful, with twinkling tea lights adding a touch of magic to the ambiance. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, just like in the pictures. We especially loved the Sultana room, which was located in one of the small houses near the pool. It was the perfect accommodation for our family of four, with enough space for everyone to feel comfortable.

The only downside we experienced was the slow service at the restaurant. However, this small inconvenience was quickly forgotten when we tasted the delicious meals.

The pool was nice and the hotel grounds were beautiful. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely patio which we enjoyed. The staff were friendly and made some good local recommendations. the hotel had a convenient location near the city center and was only a short drive away.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the lack of accommodation for our dietary needs. We brought our own food due to our requirements, but the hotel did not allow us to have it on the premises, making us feel uncomfortable.

The traditional-style riad was tastefully decorated and had stylish details. The suite room was spacious and comfortable, with a large and cozy bed. The breakfast offered a delicious selection of traditional Moroccan pancakes, msemen, and fresh fruits. Additionally, the hotel provided a free shuttle service to the city center, making it convenient to explore.

One major drawback was the poor communication before my arrival, as their email address on their website was incorrect. Additionally, the location of the hotel was not ideal, as it felt like driving through a building site.

The hotel is nestled in a tranquil garden, surrounded by twinkling tea lights. The pool view rooms are fantastic, and the green garden brings in fresh cool air with chirping birds. The staff - Jihane, Fatima, and Muhammed are all very helpful, alongside the nice driver Haqeem. And the food is fantastic, especially the three-course set dinner offered for 180 dirham per adult.

We loved everything about our stay here! The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful manicured gardens with twinkling tea lights. It's a peaceful and tranquil place, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff was amazing, always caring and helpful. The receptionists were kind and always ready to assist, the restaurant staff was friendly and served delicious meals, and the driver was attentive and accommodating. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the pool area was relaxing. We couldn't have asked for a better luxury retreat!

Lovely staff, great pool, beautiful gardens and delicious food. Spacious room for 2 adults and 3 children. Good value for money. Easy access to airport for a relaxing end to our holiday.
